Tremor

Tremor will exhibit itself peripherally at upper and/or lower limbs, treatment is designed to stabilise the structures at the Central Nervous System and reeducate the brain to normal stable steady movement and try break the habits of the tremor.

Falls

Falls are a skill. Falls can be prevented by understanding your exercise physiology. Developing awareness, wearing appropriate footwear and reducing short and long term obstacles (barriers to balance) are important. Eye exercises are pivotal, specifically the ability of one of your eyes being able to fixate on the target and your head and body being able to move freely while one of your eye fixates on a target. Practice on the either eye also.

Stroke

There are three type of Stroke; Aneurysm (vessel bulge), Haemorrhage (vessel burst), Occlusion (vessel partial or complete blockage from plaque, clot or inflammation).

Anatomy Facts

The Foot

There are only 19 bones in the foot. The foot is developed in junction with your core musculature and directly responds to weight bearing. Improved weight bearing means improved bone density throughout your body. We want to eliminate all cheat and lazy patterns for strong bones and good vessels.

There are only three bones that make up the shoulder; the clavicle (collar) bone, the humerus (arm bone) and the shoulder blade. The Shoulder joins to the body via the Sternum (breast, tie shape) bone. Vital Nerve, Artery and Vein (NAV) run behind the Collar Bone, Important to keep thorax strong extended and upper and lower body proprioception.

The Coccyx

There are four muscles that attach to the Coccyx, the Gluteus Maximus (posterior lateral C12). Coccygeus (most lateral posterior aspects of 1st Coccyx), Illiococcygeus (internal lateral aspect of coccyx), Pubococcygeus (internal horizontal line medial of transverse processes.
